Ernst is lecturer and poultry consultant at the Aeres University of Applied Sciences. In addition Ernst is on behalf of the Aeres Group Programme Manager for the 2g@therepoultry for Ethiopia. The 2g@there programme focuses on connecting of Dutch companies with companies operating in Ethiopia. Within the Poultry Expertise Centre Ernst focuses on international activities
